Add IMEI/Serial Field in Data Columns in Custom Report Builder

For device-based businesses, the IMEI/Serial number is the unique identifier that ties a specific physical device to its entire lifecycle. Without IMEI/Serial visibility in the Custom Report Builder, the client cannot reliably verify which exact device was sold, especially when multiple identical models exist, perform accurate audits and reconciliation to ensure each sale correctly maps to inventory and COGS, or track profit and margins per individual device when acquisition costs vary by IMEI/Serial. IMEI/Serial is also essential for handling warranty claims, returns, chargebacks, and disputes, as well as maintaining compliance and traceability for high-value or regulated devices.

Adding IMEI/Serial Number as a selectable field in Custom Report Builder (Items Breakdown) would enable a single, authoritative report showing which device was sold, when it was sold, who sold it, the COGS, and the resulting profit, eliminating manual cross-checking and significantly improving reporting accuracy and accountability.
