We’re pleased to share that the feature you requested has been successfully implemented. 🎉

We have introduced separate permissions for Ticket Insights and Sales Insights under the User Access Controls in the Reports section.

You can now decide which roles have access to the Insights module. This allows you to give access to specific team members like managers or analysts without needing to provide full admin rights.

This update gives you more control and flexibility in managing who can view insights and reports.
