Would it be possible to have " Add Replacement Item" on the RMA menu, some of our suppliers will replace faulty parts/products like for like rather than give a refund or credit note, it would be good if there was an option to add replacement part/product, at which point it would then increase the stock level without the need to do a stock adjustment manually.
