What’s New:

  • Link PO Line Items to Source Records
You can now link each PO line item to its source, whether it's a Repair Ticket, Invoice, Transfer Order, Stock note, or any other reference you use. Just head to Settings → Inventory → Purchase Orders and enable the 'Display Internal Reference' toggle. Once enabled, an 'Internal Reference' column will appear on your POs where you can add a free-text label and an optional URL against each line item, making receiving much faster when stock arrives.

  • Day of the Week Now Available on Ticket Labels
Merchants can now include the day of the week alongside the due date and created date on Ticket Labels — making schedules easier to read at a glance and reducing timeline confusion for staff. Four new macros are available in the Ticket Label editor: created_day_date, created_day_datetime, due_day_date, and due_day_datetime — formatted as "Monday, 22 April, 2026" or "Monday, 22 April, 2026 11:52 PM".

  • Trade-In Report Improvements
Merchants now get more context on every Trade-In transaction directly from the Trade-In Report. The Seller and Buyer columns now display the contact's name, mobile, and email inline — no more switching screens to identify who was involved. Two new columns have also been added: Seller Employee and Buyer Employee, showing which staff member processed each side of the transaction (Seller Employee only populates when an invoice has been created against the trade-in). Both new columns are also available as filters in the Select Criteria dropdown.

  • New Customer Profile Configuration - Make Email & Mobile Mandatory
You can now make the customer's email and mobile number mandatory whenever a new customer is added from the POS, the New Ticket page, or the Customer Listing. Enable either or both from the new Customer Profile Configuration page under Settings → Customers, ensuring every new customer profile has the contact details needed for digital receipts, invoices, and SMS notifications.

  • Edit and Delete Technical Repair Reports on Tickets
You can now edit or delete technical repair reports directly from a ticket using the new pencil and trash icons, so you can correct errors before they appear on a printed receipt. A new "Change Technical Reports" permission has been added under Roles, Access and Permissions → Tickets, giving you control over which roles can make these changes.

  • Hide "No Warranty" on Service & Thermal Receipts
You can now hide the "Warranty: No Warranty" label from your Service and Thermal Receipts for items without a warranty, keeping your customer-facing receipts clean and focused. Enable it from Settings → Sales → Receipts via the new "Display 'No Warranty' on receipts" toggle.

  • Select and Delete All Inventory Items or Services Across Pages
You can now select all Inventory items or Services across the listing screen, including filtered results, and perform bulk actions like delete without being restricted by pagination. Just click the header checkbox to select the current page, then use the new "Select all Y items" option in the banner above the table to expand your selection across all pages.

  • Control Who Can Delete Pre/Post Repair Images
You can now restrict which employees can delete pre- and post-repair images on a ticket, protecting important repair documentation from being removed without authorization. A new "Delete Pre/Post Images" permission has been added under Roles, Access and Permissions → Tickets, letting you control deletion access per role.
