October came with treats, not tricks, packed with helpful updates
Key Highlights
Revamped Inventory Count & Inventory Transfer Listing Pages
We’ve redesigned both the Inventory Count and Inventory Transfer listings to make managing your stock easier and more efficient. With a cleaner UI, improved navigation, and enhanced data visibility, you can now quickly review, filter, and manage all your inventory counts and transfer records in one place, helping you stay on top of your stock like never before.
Added a store selection pop-up when enabling “Sync inventory & service item prices on other stores.” Select which stores to sync, determine whether changes apply to existing or future items, and monitor all updates in the Employee Activity Log for complete transparency. What’s New:
New Manufacturer Column in Ticket Listing You can now view the manufacturer of each device directly on the Ticket Listing page, making it easier to track and manage tickets by brand without needing to open each one individually. The new Manufacturer column can be enabled through the gear icon settings for a personalized view.
Enhanced Inventory Adjustment Report The Inventory Adjustment Report now includes columns for Item Name, Adjustment Type, Cost Price, and Quantity. Get complete visibility into adjustment details without opening each record, making audits and reviews faster and easier.
Automated Sales Tax for QuickBooks Added support for QuickBooks’ Automated Sales Tax (AST) for US-region companies. Automatically calculate and apply the correct tax based on customer location for accurate, compliant, and hassle-free tax management.
Hide Invoices on Customer Portal Added a configuration option to hide invoices on the Customer Portal. Control what customers can view, ideal when you only want to show repair updates or estimates without revealing financial details.
OrderSync Updates
Import History The Import History tab allows you to view and manage all your previous completed and default orders imported through OrderSync. It enables users to resume draft orders and maintain a clear history of all prior purchase orders created through OrderSync.
Connected Vendors Visibility The Connected Vendors tab displays all the suppliers the user has connected with. Instead of browsing through the entire vendor list, users can quickly access frequently used vendors here to create purchase orders more efficiently.
