Key Highlights
Flexible Tax Settings Per Supplier on Purchase Orders
You can now choose whether a supplier’s Purchase Orders should be tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive right on the PO page. This allows you to configure tax preferences individually for each supplier, which is especially useful for regions like Australia or Europe, where vendors use different tax methods. This saves time on manual adjustments and ensures accurate totals.
RD Forms Enhancements
We’ve added new capabilities to make RD Forms more reliable, organized, and customer-friendly:
- Email Verification: Ensure customers provide valid email addresses before form submission to improve data quality and reduce follow-up issues.
- Attachment Labels: Add custom labels (e.g., “Proof of Purchase” or “Device Photos”) to uploaded files, making them easier to identify and manage.
- Custom Fields on Estimates: Print RD Form custom fields directly on estimates for better transparency and reduced back-and-forth with customers.
- Automated Mapping of Custom Fields: Matching fields auto-map to repair ticket custom fields, no manual input needed

The WooCommerce integration page has been revamped with a refreshed UI and an upgraded onboarding experience. Like Shopify, it now includes a clear step-by-step guided setup to make connecting your WooCommerce store seamless. This improvement enables merchants to integrate WooCommerce with less effort, fewer errors, and a significantly smoother onboarding process.

Track Pending & Received Quantities and Payments in POs
You can now view Ordered Qty, Received Qty, Pending Qty, Paid Amount, and Due Amount directly in the PO listing and Excel export. No need to open each PO one by one. Just enable these columns from the gear icon settings and quickly see which POs are pending, what’s received, and how much is paid or due.

Hide Repair Custom Fields from A4 Invoice & Thermal Receipt
Added an option to hide repair custom fields on both A4 invoices and thermal receipts. This update gives you control over which repair details are shared with customers, keeping invoices and receipts clean and professional while protecting sensitive internal information.

Remove “Proceed Anyway” Option for Mandatory Consent on Payment Terminal
We’ve added an option in RepairDesk Pay config page to remove the “Proceed Anyway” button on the POS screen where customer consent/signature is required. This ensures that customers must provide mandatory consent before continuing with a transaction, reducing compliance risks and protecting your business.

Ability to Export Individual Purchase Orders
You can now export a single Purchase Order directly from the PO details page. Quickly save individual POs without exporting the entire list, saving time and making record-keeping easier.

Ticket Export – Separate Columns for Custom Fields
Ticket exports now display each custom field in its own column, rather than grouping them. This makes your exported data cleaner and easier to filter, sort, or analyze, especially when working with spreadsheets or generating custom reports.

Pre/Post Repair Checklist UI Update - Trade-In
We’ve refreshed the Pre/Post Repair Checklist pop-up that appears when purchasing a trade-in item, giving it a cleaner and more user-friendly design. The improved UI makes it easier to review and record device conditions quickly and accurately, thereby reducing errors and ensuring more accurate tracking of trade-in items.

RD Connect Improvements:
- Multi-MMS support in RD Connect: All images (including multiple MMS images) are now visible directly in the RD connect inbox, giving merchants better visibility and context for customer conversations.
- Faster call logs in RD Connect: The call log interface has been optimized to auto-populate phone numbers, reducing manual entry and improving speed when adding new customers.
- Improved Customer Page Redirect: By clicking on the customer hyperlink in Connect, it now redirects to the customer profile, allowing you to edit customer details seamlessly

When saving a new customer's phone number, the system auto-populates the country code, ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort.
